The family business was founded by Shen Guangjian from a small factory in Ningjin County, Hebei Province, China.During several years of activity, the company ICV VALVE has designed a large number of different valves for industrial applications, becoming a leader in drinking water distribution, irrigation, water and wastewater treatment, hydropower energy and industrial applications, as a supplier to major companies.
Today, at ICV VALVE, experienced personnel are involved in the production of valves in various materials such as: cast iron, ductile iron and their special alloys, cast steel and stainless steel alloys, Nichel alloys, bronze and aluminium.ICV produces and sales a wide range of valves for water applications up to DN 1600, N/P 6/4,10,16,25(0.6/4,1.6,2.5MPa.), according to UNI/ISO, DIN, BS.

Ningjin Hongbang Valve Co., Ltd. was established
In 2007, Mr. Shen established in Tangqiu Town: Ningjin Hongbang Valve Co., Ltd.
- 2009
Renamed as Hebei Hongbang Valve Co., Ltd.
In 2009, it was renamed as Hebei Hongbang Valve Co., Ltd. by Mr. Li and Mr. Shen, and moved to a new plant with a larger area of 30,000 square meters.

foundry workshop
In 2010, the company invested in the construction of a foundry workshop. From then on, all the castings needed by the valve were provided by itself.
